Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
- Contact our Customer Support within 14 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, photos of the item, and packaging.
- Once confirmed, we’ll send you a replacement or offer store credit.
- Return shipping costs for these cases are fully covered by us.
Not Eligible for Return
- Opened or used skincare products (for hygienic reasons).
- Gift cards, sale/clearance items, or products marked “Final Sale.”
- Orders past 14 days from delivery.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges or store credit only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. If your item qualifies, we’ll process your replacement as quickly as possible at no extra cost.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for shipping, duties, and taxes unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
